Plant Operator

We are seeking an experienced Plant Operator with a focus on dozer and excavator operations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience operating a dozer in a waste management environment and be eager to expand their skills by operating both dozers and excavators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate dozers and excavators efficiently and safely in a waste management setting.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Assist with other duties as required to support the waste management operations.

Requirements:

• Valid Dozer License.
• Valid Excavator License.
• Construction White Card.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Full Australian work rights with no restrictions.
• Minimum of 1 year experience operating a dozer.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures in a construction and waste management environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Desirable Attributes:

• Previous experience in waste management.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
