We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data and Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team at NBN Co Ltd. as a permanent, full-time employee.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the business intelligence self-service data & analytics framework to ensure robust self-service business Intelligence solutions are available.
  • Develop scalable data solutions, implement field data strategies, and create prototypes to refine long-term requirements.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to collect requirements, obtain feedback, identify issues, develop solutions, and drive the implementation of improvements.

Requirements

  • Significant commercial experience in designing, developing, and operationalising data solutions and reporting visualisation/dashboards at the enterprise level.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and automating workflows (Power Automate Apps).
  • Experience with ETL processes, and data and AI tools (e.g. MS Fabric, Llama, LangChain) will be highly regarded.
  • Strong communication skills, senior-level stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business requirements into products effectively.
