Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate professional to manage both Air and Sea Export activities, ensuring smooth movement of consignments from origin to destination. This is a customer-facing role that involves coordinating bookings with international and domestic carriers, preparing export documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and external regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team of Export specialists to deliver accurate, high-quality service to our clients.
  • Manage the full export workflow—from customer service to shipment departure—aligned with management directives, client instructions, and compliance standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, service providers, and overseas colleagues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve export-related issues with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Accurately enter data into CargoWise One and manage financial aspects such as invoicing.
  • Support process improvements and monitor operational efficiency.
  • Assist the Senior Team Lead and Department Manager with daily tasks and special projects.

About You/Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea).
  • Proficiency in CargoWise One and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and resolve challenges.
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • A confident, resilient, and proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret data and documentation effectively.
