We are seeking an experienced Pick and Pack Team Member to join our high-performing team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently picking and packing merchandise in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Picking and packing merchandise according to instructions

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet productivity targets

Requirements
  • Previous experience working safely in a distribution centre, warehouse or back-of-house stock area (preferably working across multiple product types and storage requirements)
  • Experience using pick technology (hand scanners, voice picking units)
  • Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with your team
