About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability and Procurement Advisor to join our team at Teachers Health. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our sustainability initiatives and ensuring that our procurement practices are aligned with our environmental and social goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive ESG strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Manage and oversee climate change activities, including reporting and policy development
  • Provide specialist ESG services to the business, including procurement and supply chain management
  • Communicate ESG matters to stakeholders and ensure effective implementation of sustainability initiatives
  • Develop and implement a procurement function that prioritizes sustainable practices
  • Act as a conduit for change management practices across the business, addressing legal, commercial, and regulatory risks in the ESG space
Requirements
  • Graduate qualification in Law, project management, or ESG specialisation
  • High-level project management and communication skills, including computer literacy in Office 365
  • Previous ESG/Sustainability experience
  • Knowledge of mandatory climate risk reporting and associated accounting standards (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Corporate Strategy and Business Planning (desirable)
