**Job Title:** Maintenance Officer

Are you a skilled tradesperson looking for a challenging role in building maintenance and gardening? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional service to our residents?

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the comfort and wellbeing of our residents by ensuring the building and grounds are well-maintained.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of building and grounds to a high standard.
  • Providing advice on replacements or repairs as required.
  • Supervising and monitoring grounds and systems.
  • Contributing to resident support by delivering quality service with respect to dignity and privacy.
  • Performing a wide variety of tasks including use of tools and equipment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in building maintenance and gardening, landscaping.
  • Knowledge of OH&S and Fire/Evacuation requirements.
  • Ability to perform tasks using tools and equipment.
  • Good communication skills and respect for residents and colleagues.
