We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Labour Hire Coordinator. This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality labour hire solutions, coordinating talent allocation, and maintaining personnel systems and schedules. They will also need to provide open and consistent communication with the active talent pool and clients.

Key qualifications and skills include 3+ years' experience in a similar labour hire resourcing role, proficiency in MS Office Suite, crane and rigging labour knowledge, mining mobilisation and compliance knowledge, and a high level of attention to detail.
