  • Perform quality service repairs at customer premises or in the workshop.
  • Ensure all appliance, repair information, and parts usage are documented.
  • Collaborate with the call planner to optimize workload.
  • Maintain order and cleanliness of van and ensure stock is up to date.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage and resolve customer concerns.
  • Adhere to OH&S policies and procedures, attending training as required.

Requirements:

  • Current Disconnect/Reconnect license or full electrical license.
  • Current Australian Driver's License.
  • Sound technical knowledge of domestic appliances, incorporating the ability to diagnose and rectify faults through effective problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Genuine enjoyment of meeting and interacting with new customers.
  • Gas and refrigeration license highly regarded.
