Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Structural Engineer with a passion for power infrastructure to join our Sydney team. In this role, you will contribute to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for clients, working both in the office and on-site.

As a key member of our structural engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing solutions for power infrastructure projects, including substations, transmission line structures, foundations, switchyards, and renewable energy assets.

You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team across structural, civil, and electrical disciplines, gaining exposure to major energy projects while developing your technical expertise and client-facing skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering
  • Strong understanding of structural design principles for power infrastructure
  • Experience in structural design within a professional services or consulting environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across disciplines
  • Client-focused mindset with a willingness to develop industry knowledge and relationships
