Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to care for our residents and make a positive contribution to their daily lives in a boutique village style facility.

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents with complex needs, including dementia.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans that cater to residents' unique needs and preferences.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor residents' progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. AHPRA Registration.
  2. Previous experience in aged care, particularly with dementia support.
  3. Commitment to delivering high-quality care, best practice, and continuous improvement.
  4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead a team.
  5. Display initiative, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
  6. Hold a current Police Check.
