MARS Recruitment has partnered with an established investment company to find a highly skilled Senior Financial Strategist. As a key member of the Executive Leadership team, this individual will deliver strategic financial and legal guidance, driving business growth and success.

This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically, communicate effectively, and motivate others to achieve operational excellence. The company aims to expand its portfolio in the next few years, and we are seeking a dynamic leader to help shape a high-performing culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with industry trends and company objectives, ensuring precision, transparency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Direct the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, fostering relationships with investors, financial entities, and stakeholders.
  • Supervise all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax adherence, and regulatory compliance, identifying potential risks and opportunities to mitigate financial risks.
  • Evaluate potential acquisitions or partnerships, leading due diligence efforts and financial assessments, and lead the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and cultivating a culture of excellence.

Criteria:

  • Over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance at the level of FC or CFO, with a proven track record of successfully steering financial strategy, fundraising, and overseeing investor relations.
  • Extensive expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with outstanding abilities in analysis, strategic thinking, and resolving complex problems.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal finesse, and strong leadership skills, with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
