  • Participating in planning and delivery of structured activities and implementing household routines.
  • Collaborating with a diverse team to share knowledge and insight to achieve best outcomes for children and young people.
  • Documenting children and young people's goals, journey, and milestones.
  • Helping children and young people achieve permanency and have a home for life.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
