Defence Strategic Consulting Manager

This is a strategic consulting role that requires a high-performing manager to lead the delivery of end-to-end high-quality projects. The ideal candidate will combine private sector expertise with a passion for Defence's mission.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading integrated consulting teams to deliver complex strategic consulting projects.
  • Analysing problems, creating project plans, and delivering solutions.
  • Collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve project goals.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, including problem-solving, logical reasoning, and creative thinking. Excellent client and stakeholder engagement skills, written communication skills, and verbal communication skills are also essential.

Experience in core business analysis, law, data analysis, project delivery, or other related fields is highly valued. This is an opportunity to shape Defence's approach to internal consulting, pioneering new methods, and providing thought leadership and innovative ideas and solutions.
