Senior Civil Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our civil engineering team, you will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary projects and developing a culture of outstanding delivery.

  • Design management, project coordination, and lead civil engineer roles
  • Culture development including workflow processes from feasibility to detailed design
  • Coaching and mentoring young team members in technical areas and project planning
  • Business development activities including opportunity identification and pursuit

This varied role offers a range of challenges and opportunities for growth and development. You will work with a highly motivated team and have access to continuous learning and professional development programs.

About the Role

Ideal candidates will be qualified Professional Engineers with experience in consulting environments, particularly in drainage or civil engineering projects. Strong links to the Victorian market and expertise in 3D design, design management, and bid writing/tendering are also desirable.

  • Qualified Professional Engineer (CPEng) with Engineers Australia (or equivalent)
  • Experience in consulting environments, preferably in drainage or civil engineering projects
  • Strong links to the Victorian market and expertise in 3D design, design management, and bid writing/tendering

Flexibility, proactivity, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Initiative and the ability to display initiative are also necessary.
