Mental Health Integration Specialist

About the Role
As a dedicated leader, we are seeking an experienced professional to provide District-wide leadership for the integration of aftercare services.
This opportunity offers a rewarding chance to drive meaningful change and improve outcomes for people in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement strategies that enhance service visibility for patients, families, and clinicians.
- To collaborate with District teams to ensure the effectiveness of referral pathways.
- To play a lead role in clinical and operational governance consistent with NSW Health policies and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent work experience relevant to mental health and suicide prevention.
- Experience working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders – including government agencies, health networks, and community service providers.
- Ability to contribute to embedding best practice approaches and improving referral pathways in a multidisciplinary setting.
