Career Opportunities
We are seeking an experienced Resourcing Advisor - White Collar to join our Human Resources team in Perth Office or site office on 19 days on, 9 days off, roster with 2 weekends at home per swing.
The successful candidate will partner with Hiring Managers to determine resourcing priorities for the project, provide high level support and service to line managers and candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process, implement effective candidate sourcing strategies and referral generation, draft and post online advertisements using Workday, Broadbean and LinkedIn, proactively build and maintain Talent pipelines in line with the forecasted requirements of the Project, organise and conduct candidate interviews, background checks and ensure compliance as per recruitment and client specifications and guidelines, collaborate with the broader Project HR and Administration teams to effectively manage the onboarding of new employees, create and maintain a systemised talent pool within our ATS system and LinkedIn.
