Clinical research governance and regulatory frameworks are essential to the success of clinical trials.

Senior Clinical Research Manager

This position plays a critical role in developing, implementing and overseeing these frameworks to ensure that clinical research projects meet quality standards, ethical requirements and industry best practice.

The ideal candidate will have postgraduate qualifications and extensive experience in medical sciences, health sciences or clinical trials. They will also possess leadership skills, sound judgement and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of clinical research workflows including clinical research governance and ethics, clinical registries and biobanks, and clinical trials.
  • Proven leadership skills managing a team in a professional environment to meet specified outcomes, quality expectations, and time frames.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic decision making, including development of business cases and other executive documentation to support decisions.
  • Developing and implementing clinical research governance policies, standards and/or frameworks with a commitment to continuing development of best practice.
