Job Title: Process Operator

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our warehouse team in Lidcombe. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating equipment, planning and controlling cook tanks, and overseeing the cooking process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate hoists via remote control
  • Plan and control 24x cook tanks
  • Operate a pallet jack
  • Rotate platforms (limited platforms)
  • Oversee 45-50 cooks per shift (cooking time can be up to 12 hours)
  • Hand wrap pallets of cooked products
  • Moving cooked stock into storage (manually intensive)
  • Physically hose down platforms
Requirements:
  • You must be physically fit for a manually-intensive role
  • You should have tech savviness to operate a Tank Room programmer (touch screen system)
  • You should have knowledge of palletising
  • You should have experience in high-risk work (e.g. forklift work)
  • Pallet jack experience is desirable
  • You should have strong planning ability
  • You should be comfortable working with ambiguity
  • You should be good at making sensible judgment based on day-to-day circumstances
  • You MUST have work rights in Australia
  • You MUST be In Australia to apply
