Working Hours

We operate on a flexible schedule, with different shifts available, including:

  • Week One: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm, Saturday 9am - 4pm
  • Week Two - Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5pm
  • Tuesday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm and every Saturday 9am - 4pm

Your Role

As part of our Bathroom Life team, you'll support builders, interior designers, and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

A typical day will involve assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products, creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone, using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life, visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships, and keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely.

We're Looking for Someone Who

  • Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
  • Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative, and is willing to learn and grow
  • Is comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systems
  • Is open to working various shifts, including weekends
  • Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network, or head office (we love to promote people from within)
  • Has a driver's license
