Job Title: Secondary Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Christian teacher to join our team at St George Christian School. As a secondary teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging educational programs to students in English and/or HASS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach English and/or HASS subjects to students in years 7-12
  • Develop and implement curriculum programs that cater to the needs of diverse learners
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback to improve academic outcomes
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills
  • Contribute to the school community through extracurricular activities and events
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent qualification
  • Experience and training in English and/or HASS
  • Current Queensland Teacher Registration
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • A passion for learning and teaching
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
