Job Title: Qualified Team Leader – St Peter

We are seeking a qualified professional to lead our team of educators in delivering a high-quality Before and After School Care program.

  • This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve excellence.
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the National Quality Framework, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead a team of educators to deliver quality care services.
  • To implement and monitor policies and procedures.
  • To maintain a safe and healthy environment.

Requirements:

  • A diploma in Early Education and Care is essential.
  • A current Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) card and First Aid and CPR qualifications are required.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework is necessary.
