General Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a part-time position requiring 5 days of work per week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance tasks and managing contractors for authorized works.
About the Role- The successful candidate will have a background in general maintenance and gardening, with a positive DIY attitude.
- They will also require formal trade qualifications or equivalent (desirable), Fire Safety Assessment accreditation (willingness to obtain), and experience in performing domestic and general maintenance tasks, including basic painting, plumbing, carpentry, minor repairs, and ground and garden maintenance.
The ideal candidate will possess great interpersonal skills, good time management skills, and knowledge of workplace health and safety principles.
Additional requirements include a current Driver's Licence, National Police Check, COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate, Immunisation against Tetanus, and Hepatitis B, as well as NDIS worker screening clearance.
