Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to embark on a rewarding career in early childhood education. As a Trainee Educator, you will be studying towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care while gaining hands-on experience in our centres.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for children, families, and colleagues. You will contribute to the education program and support a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members.
  • Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children and families.
  • Actively contribute to the education program in the room and centre team.
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to a professional and positive work culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A permanent right to work in Australia.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • A willingness to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
