No optical experience is required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel supported and confident in providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Process special orders for customers.
  • Drive sales by providing knowledgeable advice on our luxury and cutting-edge products.
  • Contribute to a positive and fun team culture.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated with a drive to achieve targets.
