About the Role

As a Development Team Lead in our Product team, you'll be responsible for leading a team designing, engineering, and maintaining secure, scalable software used by thousands worldwide.

  • Evolving your team's technical capabilities through modern engineering practices.
  • Championing software craftsmanship and clean code to inspire quality and best practices.
  • Building great relationships with your team, providing performance feedback, career development, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Managing team capacity and velocity, conducting recruitment tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Fostering a culture of openness and engagement, ensuring all team members feel heard and valued.
  • Collaborating with product owners and designers to solve customer problems.
  • Working with Engineering Managers to support architectural vision and team goals.
