About This Role

Delivering 4 Customers, a consortium of industry leading Tier 1 organisations, is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects efficiently, ensuring they are completed within set timeframes, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Construction Leads to ensure allocated projects are delivered to scope, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Develop daily, weekly, and long-term project programs to achieve required project outputs with plant, labour, materials, and resources.
  • Monitor and review costs, invoices, and claims for allocated projects.
  • Contribute to the constructability of a project with respect to design development.
  • Evaluate and award subcontract procurement packages.
  • Inspect and test incoming equipment and materials against drawings and specifications.
  • Analyse document and record management systems to track progress and project performance.
  • Demonstrate sound people management skills by successfully managing work packages and the performance of Subcontractors and the 'Self-Perform' workforce.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science, Building Construction, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-10 years engineering experience.
  • White Card.
About Delivering 4 Customers

A consortium comprising John Holland, Service Stream, and WSP, Delivering 4 Customers partners with Sydney Water to deliver design, construction, maintenance, and facilities management services across the southern region. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that aims to deliver high-quality projects.

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include professional development opportunities and a collaborative work environment.
