Occupational Therapist New Graduate Program

This is a unique opportunity to join our 12-month graduate program as an Occupational Therapist.

  • Participate in a structured graduate program with gradual ramp-up from studies to professional practice.
  • Complete an initial 12 weeks of intensive graduate training, including introduction to the NDIS Allied Health Space.
  • Deliver occupational therapy services in clinic and community settings.
  • Engage in weekly supervision with a dedicated supervisor.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Attend quarterly alignment days focused on learning and team culture development.

We are seeking candidates who have:

  • Completed a Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Full registration or eligibility upon graduation with AHPRA.
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a registered vehicle.
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights and flexibility.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
