We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team.

About the Role
  • As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including managing complex clinical needs such as wound care and pain management.
  • You will also oversee and support care staff on the floor, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and clinical excellence that upholds our commitment to resident wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes for residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including wound care and pain management.
  • Oversee and support care staff on the floor, ensuring exceptional service and clinical excellence.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes for residents.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction.

A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification is essential, with a minimum of 6 months post-graduate experience. A current AHPRA registration and at least 6 months experience in Aged Care as a Registered Nurse are also required.
