Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Gardener to provide high quality gardening services across our grounds and external amenities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general garden maintenance activities such as basic landscaping, lawn mowing, tree/shrub pruning and shaping bushes, planting, pest control, and tidying up.
- Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients, their families and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent qualification
- Proven skills and experience in gardening services
- A responsible and well-organised approach to work
- Empathy and respect for older people and their carers
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Requirements:
- First Aid Certification
