About the RoleAs a General Practitioner with Forhealth Group, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive, continuing medical care for individuals, families, and communities. This will involve conducting consultations, providing a range of health services, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including consultations, examinations, and treatment plans
- Conduct health assessments and provide health education to patients
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to patient care
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A medical degree from an accredited medical school
- Post-graduate experience in providing quality medical care in a General Practice setting
- Registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- Current CPR certificate
- Clinical competency in all aspects of primary health care involving children and adults
