Gorilla Jobs is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a diverse caseload, including pre-claim support, workers' compensation, and motor-vehicle insurance claims.
- Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Identify return-to-work barriers and develop tailored rehabilitation programs to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, employers, and insurance providers, to provide viable solutions and recommendations.
- Engage in specific services, including workplace job analysis, assessments, and project work, to support clients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and effective rehabilitation services.
- A competitive salary, ranging from $80,000 to $120,000, plus superannuation and bonus opportunities.

- Evidence of proactive injury management experience, with a focus on delivering high-quality rehabilitation services and achieving optimal outcomes for clients.
