Graduate Accountant

{"About the Role": "We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Accountant to join our team at Mutual Trust. As a Graduate Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing compliance documents, including tax returns, financial statements, and activity statements. You will also be involved in client administration and document management, as well as liaising with third parties, including the ATO and client advisers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of compliance documents, including tax returns, financial statements, and activity statements.
* Client administration and document management.
* Liaising with third parties, including the ATO and client advisers.
* Completing assigned tasks within deadlines and time budgets.
* Documenting advice and accurate record keeping of all matters and decisions obtained from the relevant governing bodies.
Requirements:
* Recent graduate or final-year student in Accounting, Business, Commerce, or Law.
* Strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and external bodies effectively.
* Willingness to pursue further qualifications such as CA or CPA.
