Overview

This is a mid-senior level full-time position within the retail industry. As part of our Property Team, you'll play a key role in managing the design workflow and ensuring project milestones are met with precision and efficiency.

You will oversee the design resource to deliver a programme of projects, briefing each Designer on their assigned scope. You will maintain and update the Key Dates Planner via SharePoint, ensuring alignment with the Property Team's timelines. You will manage the drawing sign-off process in collaboration with Retail Designers and key stakeholders. You will coordinate the workflow of Retail Designers and support the development of project documentation. You will lead the PCA authority review process, including documentation revisions and re-issuance to secure building approvals.

  • Project coordination skills with a focus on detail and deadlines
  • Experience working with design teams and managing documentation workflows
  • Familiarity with PCA processes and building approval requirements is highly desirable
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
