Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Trainee Educator. As a Trainee Educator, you will be instrumental in shaping the early years of children's education, fostering their growth, and laying the foundation for their future success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards and Goodstart Policies to guarantee the highest quality care and education.
  • Build strong relationships with children and families through effective communication and empathy.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, reflection, and professional growth within the team.

**Requirements**

To be eligible for this role, you must possess:

  • A permanent right to work in Australia.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • The capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with children.
  • Flexibility in your availability to meet the needs of the children and the team.
  • An interest in early childhood education and care.
  • Current or ability to obtain a Working with Children Check.
  • Proof of immunisation against COVID-19, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Whooping Cough (Pertussis).
