About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team. As a Public Area Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that all public areas of the hotel, including floors, windows, restrooms, driveways, reception, pool area, and function rooms, are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

You will work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure a seamless and efficient cleaning process, and will be expected to adhere to our high standards of quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas of the hotel
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure a high-standard of cleanliness
  • Use your attention to detail to identify and address any areas of concern
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff by adhering to security procedures and health and safety protocols
Requirements:
  • Experience as a public area cleaner within a hotel environment (preferably in a luxury hotel setting)
  • Availability to work 2pm – 10pm, with some flexibility
  • Physical fitness is essential
  • Safe manual handling training & experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Commitment to delivering a 5-star service to guests
  • Organisation and efficient time management skills
