Established construction companies in Melbourne are seeking experienced OHS/HSE Labourers to join their teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting inductions, updating safety procedures, and participating in regular toolbox talks and site walks. They will also contribute to the development of a positive safety culture within the organization.

The requirements for this role include a minimum of 4-5 years' experience as a OHS/HSE labourer and possession of a white card and OHS ticket. Relevant certifications and training are highly desirable. Having own transport is not essential but may be beneficial for some tasks.
