Role Overview

The role of the Associate in the Institutional Client Business Team is to provide support to the Sales and Relationship Management team in servicing institutional clients across Australia.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and client engagement.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic recommendations for the team.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions to clients and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, and pitches to engage clients and promote investment products.
  • Work closely with the Relationship Management team to build strong relationships with clients and enhance their overall experience.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in financial services or asset management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and present findings clearly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and senior leaders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
