Underground Mining Equipment Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of our underground mining equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating tasks, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that all maintenance is carried out in line with company procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and direct a team of technicians. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively manage multiple priorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience as a leading hand or shift supervisor (preferably in mining)
- Proven leadership skills and ability to direct a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade qualifications or certification an asset

This is a full-time position based in Perth, Western Australia. The successful candidate must be willing to work a rotating shift, including nights and weekends, and be available to travel to remote sites as required.
