Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Configuration Specialist to join their team. This role involves leading and configuring SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions, delivering end-to-end implementation projects across various industries, and ensuring compliance with Australian payroll legislation.
- Configure and implement SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions
- Lead and manage payroll transformation projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with clients to gather complex requirements and design payroll solutions
- Maintain quality and governance across deliverables
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration
- Strong understanding of payroll rules, schemas, and legislative compliance
- Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale payroll projects
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (desired)
