Job ResponsibilitiesLeading and Inspiring a Team:
You will coach, develop, and celebrate wins with a team of 8 brokers. This involves mentoring, guiding, and empowering your team members to achieve their full potential.
Portfolio Management:
You will take ownership of a portfolio worth over $600K across multiple industries. This includes ensuring branch profitability, compliance, and seamless client transitions.
Strategic Advice:
You will provide expert advice on complex risks and contract reviews, leveraging your knowledge of ISR, Liability, Financial Lines, Commercial Motor, and Construction risks.
Driving Branch Growth:
You will drive branch growth through relationships, initiatives, and your own ideas, going beyond management to deliver tangible impact.
Requirements- 5+ years of commercial broking experience, ideally managing mid-market portfolios
- Knowledge of ISR, Liability, Financial Lines, Commercial Motor, and Construction risks
- Ability to review contracts and advise confidently on PI and construction exposures
- Leadership skills, going beyond management to deliver tangible impact
- Proactivity, ambition, and a drive to shape strategy
