Senior Team Manager Role

This senior position will oversee a team to ensure quality delivery of aged care assessments in NSW 4 region.

  • The successful candidate will lead, develop and engage team members to meet set performance indicators and foster a positive work environment.
  • Team members will be expected to adhere to the organisation's vision, mission, values, policies and procedures at all times.
  • Aged Care Assessors will receive regular mentoring and support for their personal development and training needs.
  • Team meetings, regional strategic planning and employee development sessions will be facilitated by the Senior Team Manager.

To be considered for this role, applicants should have experience managing teams or providing direct mentorship, with knowledge of local community aged care services and excellent communication skills.
