About the Role

As a Trade Counter Assistant in Colac, you'll play a key role in helping plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects. Your day-to-day tasks will involve:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and product information
  • Offering quotes both in person and over the phone
  • Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
  • Ensuring the branch remains tidy and safe
  • Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with previous experience in retail sales or customer service, who enjoys helping customers and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to be able to:

  • Use a computer and be willing to learn new systems
  • Hold a clean, valid driver's licence
  • Be open to working various shifts, including weekends
  • Be eager to develop your career, either locally, within our network, or head office
