Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Casual Veterinary Nurse to join our team. As a Casual Veterinary Nurse, you'll play a vital role in providing nursing care to our patients, assisting with medical procedures, and contributing to the overall success of our clinic.
About the Role
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.
- Assist veterinarians with medical procedures, such as surgeries and dental care.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring the clinic's facilities are well-maintained.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest veterinary nursing practices and technologies.
About You
- Cert IV Veterinary Nurse or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, veterinarians, and other team members.
- High attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work autonomously, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
