About the Opportunity

Holmesglen is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced teacher to prepare, conduct and assess VET and industry-based programs in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.

As a Refrigeration Teacher, you will have a special chance to employ captivating teaching techniques that spark students' passion for the industry.

About You

  • Completion of an approved apprenticeship and substantial work experience in a relevant occupation following the apprenticeship.
  • Industry and teaching experience, with experience in vocational and/or higher education teaching, with a focus on course development.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and research skills for diverse student engagement.
  • Aptitude for innovative and flexible educational delivery, highlighting adaptability and creativity in teaching approaches.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116); or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) including the units TAELLN411 & TAEASS502 or equivalent units.
