Program Manager Role Summary
Pacific Australia Skills program seeks a Program Manager to ensure the integration of head contract and compliance requirements into operational manuals, personnel and partner engagements, and decision-making processes. This key role will work alongside the existing Pacific Australia Skills Program Manager in providing an essential interface between program operations and management systems.

The successful candidate will support quality control in finance, procurement, HR, risk management, and recruitment. They will also lead standard tender processes and negotiation of services agreements, and support due diligence processes for subcontractors and grantees.

This is a critical role that requires high ethical standards, commitment to demonstrating integrity and professionalism, and ability to work effectively in diverse cultural settings.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring all program records are maintained consistent with DFAT requirements, supporting DT Global and DFAT-mandated audits, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

If you have a background in international development, project management, or a related discipline, and experience managing financial and operational components of donor-funded programs, we encourage you to apply.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to prioritize, plan, and organize workflow to meet tight deadlines.
