About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer and Educator to join our team at MAX Solutions. As a Trainer and Educator, you will play a key role in delivering the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program, which aims to equip individuals with the necessary skills to succeed in education and employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver language, literacy, numeracy, and digital skills training to students
  • Develop and implement effective learning strategies to engage students and promote student-centered learning
  • Identify and address barriers to learning to support student attendance and success
  • Conduct pre-training assessments and implement training to meet contract requirements
Requirements
  • Current Cert IV TAE or Diploma in Adult Education, plus Bachelor with TESOL or equivalent qualifications
  • Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational areas
  • Ability to work with diverse participants and adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
