About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers, drive business growth through strategic client engagement, and provide exceptional customer service.

  • The successful candidate will develop and maintain a network of broker clients through regular calls and visits
  • Provide accurate technical, loan structuring, and policy support to brokers
  • IDentify and address brokers' training needs to improve service standards
  • Maximize settlements and proactively manage retention risks
  • Deliver exceptional customer service reflected in positive survey results
