About the JobThis is a great opportunity for Registered Nurse Graduates who aspire to be future nurse leaders and grow their careers at Opal. We are seeking RN candidates who have:
- Graduated University within the last 2 years
- Valid AHPRA Registration (or pending)
- Completed less than 12 months of paid practical experience as a Registered Nurse
You will receive:

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
BenefitsAs a Nurse Graduate with us, you will also be part of our scholarship program via the Opal Healthcare Academy – this qualifies you for $5,000 payment at the completion of the program which you can use towards your HECS Debt or further studies.
