About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our Proactive Services team as a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our stores, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying bins, to maintain a clean and hygienic store environment.
  • Collect and return trolleys to designated areas, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Support the store team with waste processing routines and other tasks as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and providing directions to customers.
Requirements
  • Physical fitness is essential for this role, as it involves physically demanding tasks. The ability to comfortably handle the physical requirements of the role is crucial to ensure success and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.
  • Flexibility to work in different environments, including the shop floor, fridges, freezers, and carparks.
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
  • A good eye for cleanliness and attention to detail.
