Retail Store Leadership

The store manager plays a pivotal role in driving business success, encompassing sales growth, customer satisfaction, and staff management.

1. Menu Delivery: Ensure the preparation and cooking of diverse menu items adhere to internal procedures and food safety regulations.
2. Customer Engagement: Foster exceptional front-of-house service through direct customer interaction, accurate order processing, and prompt issue resolution.
3. Sanitation and Hygiene: Uphold rigorous sanitation standards within operational zones while maintaining temperature logs and compliance records.
4. Multi-Tasking: Demonstrate versatility in performing across multiple workstations during peak periods.
5. Professionalism: Maintain consistent professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail in daily duties.
6. Operational Oversight: Provide operational oversight and frontline leadership during assigned shifts, ensuring procedural compliance and team coordination.
7. Staff Development: Facilitate ongoing staff development through mentorship, performance coaching, and best practice dissemination.
8. Performance Metrics: Monitor and optimize shift-level performance metrics, including transaction volume, average sale value, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
9. Problem-Solving: Address escalated customer concerns, technical disruptions, or staffing contingencies with sound judgment and accountability.
10. Inventory Management: Conduct routine inventory checks and stock level assessments to ensure product availability and minimize waste.
11. Financial Functions: Perform basic financial functions, including end-of-day cash reconciliation and sales balancing.

Key Requirements:

• Qualifications: Diploma or above in Business or Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (Australian experience preferred).
• Availability: Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Skillset: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capacity to operate effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.
